SBC Property are pleased to announce that the sale of the Station House, Marazion has now been completed. The Station House is located on the superb waterside location overlooking the main beach with a stunning outlook over Mount’s Bay and St Michael’s Mount.

The Station House was a former railway building built in the 19th Century which has been modernised in recent years to provide bar restaurant areas. The Station House has been sold to English Riveria Hotels Ltd who operate a number of other hospitality venues in the area and will be rebranded as a new restaurant with two new show kitchens for European and Oriental food to offer an affordable and quality casual dining experience in West Cornwall.

The sale was brokered by SBC Property’s Jeremy Beeching who comments that the new venue is scheduled to reopen April 2024.
